“Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?”

We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday only (Except Express Mail Orders). We do this to make sure your orders do not get delayed and/or stuck at the shipping office over the weekend. Standard orders will arrive in 1-3 business days. Click here to see our estimated transit time map

“Do you ship in extreme cold and extreme heat?”

Yes, we do within reason. Our number 1 concern is that of the shrimp. If weather is extremely cold or extremely hot, we sometimes reserve the right to hold your shrimp until a more suitable temperature is present.

We have great results with all of our orders. This is due to the fact that we have developed our own temperature chart over the years of shipping and know when to use foam, heat packs, or ice packs. We actually check the weather of every location we are shipping to and make the appropriate accommodations.

If all else fails and you do receive a DOA (Dead On Arrival) shrimp, we will refund accordingly. Please Click here for our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy.

“Do you include ice or heat packs in the box? Do I have to pay for them?”

Yes, we have developed our own temperature chart over the years of shipping and know when to use foam, heat packs, or ice packs. We actually check the weather of every location we are shipping to and make the appropriate accommodations.

It is our responsibility to get the shrimp to you alive and in the best condition possible. We never charge you for Ice or Heat Packs.

"Do you offer store credit on DOA shrimp?"
No, unlike other online sellers we believe it is your money and if we have failed to provide you will alive high quality livestock then you deserve your money back. We issue all DOA credit as a refund directly back to the form of payment you used to place your order.
“How long will it take my order to arrive once it ships?”
