Starting A Fishless Cycle

We are starting the cycling of a new 55 gallon tank. We are using water, sponge filter, and 3 aged sponges all from seasoned tanks. Dosed with Seachem Stability and dropped in a small amount of Ammonia for a fishless cycle. Hoping this will fully cycle in 7-10 days.

Anyone else have fishless cycle experience or some good ideas on speeding up the process?
