Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook Login to create or sign in to your account on The Shrimp Farm, you can request deletion of your personal data using the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request.
2. Include:
   • Your full name
   • Email used on our website
   • Email or phone used on Facebook (if different)
   • Order number (optional, helps us locate your account faster)
3. We verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible account data associated with your Facebook login.

Optional: Remove app access in Facebook

You can also remove our app from Facebook at: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites. This prevents future data sharing from Facebook to our app.

What we delete

• Facebook-linked identifiers used for login
• Profile/account data in our store that is not legally required to retain
• Related app data tied to your account where applicable

Processing time

Verified requests are processed within 7 days. Certain transaction records may be retained when required by law, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
