“How soon will my order arrive?”

Standard orders:

Arrive 1-3 business days after shipping. Orders are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Click here to see our estimated transit time map

Express orders:

Arrive in 1-2 business days and are shipped ASAP.

All orders receive a tracking number and email updates on the shipping process.

‘“What forms of payment do you accept?’’

Credit, Debit, PayPal, check, and cash.

Payment is due upon checkout.

“How do you ensure my order will arrive safely?”

We’ve developed our temperature chart using years of shipping data and know when to use foam, heat packs, or ice packs.

We check the weather of every location we ship to in order to make appropriate accommodations.

Customers are not charged for these safety precautions.

We take responsibility for getting your order to you in top condition.

“What do I do if livestock is dead on arrival (DOA)?”

If all safety measures fail and you receive dead-on-arrival (DOA) livestock, we will replace or refund accordingly. Please click here for our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy.

Upon opening the package and finding DOA livestock, please take a photo of it in the unopened bag as best you can. Once you begin the acclimation process, remove the DOA livestock and take another photo of it outside the bag.

Email these photos along with your order number to [email protected]. Please note that we must receive these photos within 2 hours of the package delivery time.
