Live Arrival Guarantee

The Shrimp Farm offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on all shrimp/fish sold to buyers in the United States of America. If shrimp/fish are dead on arrival, at the discretion of The Shrimp Farm, the shrimp/fish will either be replaced, or a refund will be given for the amount of shrimp/fish that have died - but only if all conditions* are met.

Conditions*:

  • Buyer must receive delivery on the first delivery attempt (or picked up at post office same day).
  • We send order updates during the whole shipping process and once delivered. We ask that you retrieve any delivered packages within 2 hours of delivery to avoid them sitting in the uncontrolled elements. This prevents us from honoring the Live Arrival Guarantee for packages that have been left outside. If you are outside of this 2-hour window, that is okay. Please email us. We are in business to make sure you have a great experience.

Incorrect amount of shrimp

Often times when a shrimp dies in transit, the other shrimp will eat it completely, often leaving nothing behind at all. While this is likely the case, there is always a chance we could have miscounted. Send us a photo and explain any issues you may be experiencing

Coloring Issues

Shipping can cause stress during the shipping process. Please allow the shrimp 48 hours to settle in and regain their color.
