Returns & Live Arrival Policy

Because we ship live aquatic animals, returns are handled differently than non-living products. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Live Animal Returns

We accept returns on live shrimp within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

• The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shrimp must be:

• Alive upon arrival back to us
• Free of visible illness, parasites, or disease
• Returned in proper, insulated live-animal packaging

• Returns must be shipped using overnight or equivalent live-safe service.

Not eligible for a refund: Any shipment that arrives deceased, unhealthy, improperly packed, or delayed due to carrier error.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance.

Please contact us before shipping any live animals back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Proper live-animal packaging
• Carrier selection and delivery timing

We strongly recommend Hold for Pickup at the carrier facility when returning livestock.

Refunds

Once the returned livestock is received and inspected:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued only after livestock is confirmed alive and healthy.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The return window has passed
• Livestock arrives deceased or unhealthy
• Improper packaging is used
• The shipment is delayed due to carrier issues
• The return was sent without prior approval
