How pure is your aquarium water? Monitor TDS levels (total dissolved solids) with this TDS Meter.
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) are the total amount of solids, including minerals, salts, or metals, dissolved in a given volume of water. A TDS meter measures the total amount of mobile charged ions and expresses the TDS quantity in parts per million (ppm).
If TDS levels are not correct, a fish or shrimp may not be able to properly cycle its "drinking" and may experience dehydration or fluid loss.

Dual Range - Measures from 0 - 999 ppm, with a resolution of 1ppm. From 1000 to 9990 ppm, the resolution is 10 ppm, indicated by a blinking 'x10' image.

Factory Calibrated: our meters are calibrated with a 342 ppm NaCl solution. Meters can be recalibrated with a mini-screwdriver.
