FedEx arrived just a few minutes after I got your email. I let the shrimp warm up at room temp for about an hour after I opened the package--the bag was pretty cold. Even so, the shrimp were swimming around inside and didn't seem too bothered by the low temps. They are now in their new tank. Warm, fed, and seemingly, pretty content. I am so happy with them! They are so much bigger and brighter than I was expecting. I thought it was likely I would be getting youngsters and maybe a few adults. Instead, I have only maybe 5 juveniles and all the rest are adults. And they are pretty, bright red ones. I did have one DOA. But since you shipped 52 instead of 50 I still have more than I paid for. And honestly, I bought the 50 count package because I really didn't expect more than half to make it, and I thought this way I would still have a good number for my tank. I was very pleasantly surprised when I had 99% survive. Your company far exceeded my expectations. I will do business with you again and I will recommend your company to everyone.

In this day & age it"s nice to have something done right. the shrimp I ordered not only arrived alive and healthy they seemed to be happy. I know it sounds stupid but they were packaged so well I was amazed ,there was a packet to keep them warm the bag is gas permeable how cool is that and they put a piece of black yarn in the bag I guess to give something to hold on to. First rate and will order again. Yes I would tell a friend to order from this site. I'm not on any social net. but feel free to post on your site.

Every time I get shrimp from you, they are perfect - 60 cherry shrimp so far and not 1 DOA and for that I am truly thankful.  You package them with something to cling on to, in a Styrofoam container in a Kordon bag that separates CO2, etc...this is way above and beyond and your system works beautifully.

Your packaging is second to none.

Good Morning

I wanted you to know that the shrimp arrived in fine shape. I took a good hour acclimating them slowly to my water and they were just released into their new digs. Each color in its own tank, of course! I am a very happy customer. I will be ordering again. Thank you for doing such a fine job packaging and shipping them. :-)
